Land West of Wilcot Road, Pewsey
Dunmoore Properties Ltd has lodged an appeal with the Planning Inspectorate regarding an outline planning application for up to 30 homes on land west of Wilcot Road, Pewsey. The application was originally submitted to Wiltshire Council in March 2025 (reference number PL/2025/02647).
Prior to the appeal being lodged in July 2025, updated plans and documents for the application were submitted to Wiltshire Council but were not subject to formal public consultation. These updates can be summarised as follows:
- Minor changes to the access proposals along Wilcot Road and Woodborough Road to respond to Highway Authority comments
- Amendment to the red line site boundary to include the access modifications outlined above
- Updated documents to respond to consultee comments on urban design, landscape, drainage, ecology and phosphate matters
